How the Hop Hop Hop Dance squash-and-swap trend startedWhat song is used in the Hop Hop Hop Dance trend?
The viral sound behind the Hop Hop Hop Dance trend on TikTok is a slowed, pitched-down edit of the Russian track “Её парень” (Her Boyfriend) by Shluzov, where the dancers land on each repeated “hop” beat before the cut.
Which photo works best for the squash-and-swap motion?
Use a clear, well-lit photo of one person facing the camera with the head, shoulders and upper-body outfit visible. Avoid group shots, sunglasses, heavy shadows or extreme close-ups.

Most clips finish in 2–8 minutes depending on duration and queue load. Once complete, you can download the vertical 9:16 MP4 without a watermark.

Each 8-second video costs one credit. Credits are bought in packs, never expire and are refunded automatically if a render fails.
Can I use someone else’s photo?
